【オンライン決済について】

• お申込みは先着順で受け付けます。毎週土曜日の午前９時に、翌週の土曜日から翌々週の金曜日までの申込受付を開始します。
• 一度に申し込めるのは申込者を含め5名までです。

【Please note】

• Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We will begin accepting applications every Saturday at 9 a.m. for the period from the following Saturday to the Friday of the week after next.
• The maximum number of applicants for a single application is five, including the applicant.

【入場券について】 入場券の譲渡や転売などの行為、また、入園する権利を販売するために同行者を募る営利目的の行為などは固く禁止します。発覚した場合には入園をお断りします。 入場券を紛失された場合は再発行できませんので、ご注意ください。 来園できなくなった場合は、来園当日朝9時30分までにキャンセルフォームよりお手続きください。来園日の変更はできません。  

【ご来園にあたって】 開園（9時30分）直後の時間帯および土日祝日のご来園は特に混雑するため、事前購入のオンラインチケットをお持ちの方も、入園にお時間をいただくことがございます。ご了承ください。 新型コロナウイルス感染症の状況をふまえ、恩賜上野動物園では「新しい動物園の楽しみ方」を定めました。ご来園にあたってはこれらのルールを守ってくださいますようお願い申し上げます。  

【ジャイアントパンダを含む飼育動物は、健康管理のためご覧になれないことがあります。】 14時以降、一部の動物を寝室に収容するためご覧になれないことがあります。 入園時及び園内では係員の誘導・指示に従ってご観覧ください。他の来園者の迷惑になる行為はご遠慮ください。 園内の利用状況などにより、今後、運営方法を変更する場合があります。その場合は、改めて東京ズーネットサイトなどでお知らせいたします。 ジャイアントパンダの観覧について（必ずお読みください） 西園 パンダのもり： 「シャオシャオ」「レイレイ」「シンシン」の観覧について ジャイアントパンダ「シャオシャオ」「レイレイ」「シンシン」の観覧は、2022年10月4日（火）から観覧列に並んでいただいた順にご案内する方法に変更します。 詳しくはこちらをご覧ください。  

• Upon entering, it is necessary to present the QR code.
• We may conduct identity verification for the representative. Please bring documents such as a driver's license, passport, health insurance card, or student ID.
• For individuals aged 65 and above, please provide proof of age, and middle school students should present their student ID.  

【Regarding Admission Tickets】 Acts such as transferring or reselling admission tickets, soliciting companions for the purpose of selling the right to enter, and other profit-oriented activities are strictly prohibited. If discovered, admission will be refused. Please note that lost admission tickets cannot be reissued. If you are unable to visit, please complete the cancellation process via the cancellation form by 9:30 am on the day of your visit. Changes to the visit date are not allowed.  

【Upon Your Visit】 Visiting immediately after opening (9:30 am) and on weekends and holidays may result in crowding. Even for those with pre-purchased online tickets, there may be some waiting time for admission. Thank you for your understanding. In consideration of the COVID-19 situation, Ueno Zoo has established "New Ways to Enjoy the Zoo." We kindly ask visitors to adhere to these rules during their visit.  

【Note: Some Animals, Including Giant Pandas, May Not Be Visible for Health Management】 After 2:00 pm, some animals may be confined to their sleeping areas and may not be visible. Please follow the guidance and instructions of the staff during admission and within the park. Avoid actions that may disturb other visitors. Depending on park usage, operational methods may change in the future. In such cases, announcements will be made through the Tokyo Zoo Net website, etc.
